Olive harvest

You can participate in the annual Libellula harvest in October-November, taking part in an experience that will allow you to be in contact with nature, in the midst of ancient and majestic olive trees, surrounded by the cool, crisp scent of olives, the sounds of the olive branches as they give up their fruit to the harvest. Together we will learn about the different steps involved in olive oil pressing and extraction, and culminate with a fresh olive oil tasting to distinguish the flavors from different trees. This involves the pairing of warm bread and freshly pressed olive oil. What a delight!
